RAM Build and Design, LLC (or RAM Real Estate Solutions, LLC) is a professional, full-service real estate firm established in Oklahoma City in 2015. Starting in late 2021, we moved our operations to Montgomery County, TX, and support these surrounding areas.
From 2015 to 2021, we played a significant role in the economic rejuvenation of Oklahoma City with each project we undertook. Whether it involved a renovation or demolishing a property to construct new houses, we contributed to local community enhancements and promoted property ownership in areas previously viewed as less desirable. We have a reputation for challenging the conventional norms of perceived and appraisal values wherever we operate. Furthermore, we’re proud of our contributions to revising the city’s sewer line procedures, enabling more efficient construction during property rezoning for increased building density. This change not only benefited our operations but also paved the way for future builders and investors with similar projects.

If you prefer life-like renderings of your ideas and space, we are more than willing to collaborate with professional modelers.
Staging Services
We have staged every home we’ve completed and strongly recommend the same to others. Studies have indicated that well-staged homes often sell at a higher price than their unfurnished counterparts and typically sell faster.
