Lincoln Terrace 1928 Historical Remodel / Renovation
Converted a 1928 multi-living distressed property into a single family home.

– Converted a two-story multi-living arrangement into a ~3500 sqft single family home.
– Construction and Project managed by RAM
– New open floor plan created by RAM.
– All interiors by RAM. Kitchen, Bathroom, Floorplans, Cabinets.
– Exterior: acid washed brick and refreshed entire exterior. All new windows. New garage structure.
-Interior: new plumbing, electrical, HVAC central air. New carpentry finishings. New sheetrock & insulation.

Belle Isle Redevelopment
Demo’d existing structure and built new homes. We were tasked by planning commission and neighborhood to build homes that matched the “older characteristics” of the neighborhood.
